General Tips For All Areas Of Home
- Clean the whole home thoroughly (vacuum, mop, dust, clean countertops, clean cabinets, clean appliances, clean glass and windows)
- Turn all overhead lights and lamps on. Replace missing or burnt out bulbs. Pro Tip: Use bulbs of the same color temperature. Daylight Balanced Bulbs are the best! It shows the colors of the home perfectly and they brighten rooms!
- Turn off all ceiling fans
- Turn off all computers and tvs
- Open blinds/window treatments to let in outside light
- Remove personal photographs (or replace with general landscape/ fine art photographs). Pro Tip: This depersonalizes the home and helps potential buyers see themselves in the home.
